James Court Tours is a small company that conducts specialized tours in Britain, Ireland, Central Europe, Scandinavia and the Baltic. Trevor Wickham, your tour director and guide, has past experience as a Geography and History teacher.

Trevor has travelled extensively in Britain and Europe and led the inaugural Britain tour in 2000, after thorough research of the tour itinerary in 1999. He contributes to all tours a broad knowledge of all the areas visited.

James Court Tours have a maximum of 20 passengers, and travel at a pace somewhat easier than most coach tours of Europe. Several mornings feature a 9am or later start.  Multiple night stays in most places allow you to really get to know your destination, and reduces the hassle of constantly packing and unpacking luggage.

Britain's Villages in Autumn - 27 days - Departs: 3 October, 2012

The tour features the British village prominently. Half of the overnight stops are spent in quaint and or historic villages, most in scenic locations. As well several others are visited, some are well known, others right off normal tourist routes.

Major centres of historical and cultural interest such as London, Edinburgh, York, Cambridge and Bath are also featured.
