Discovering Italy is based in Orvieto in Umbria, that wonderful, magical "green heart" of Italy, land of the saints, with its Etruscan treasures, Medieval hill-top towns, Renaissance piazzas and enduringly warm and generous people. We specialise in accommodation, group and individual tours.

All our programmes and itineraries offer a wide variety of options throughout the Italian peninsula with a special focus on Umbria, Rome and Florence. Our  Programs

Discovering Italy creates specially tailored programmes for you. Programmes may include guided visits to Rome and Florence and many other locations throughout Italy. Activities include cooking, wine, language, art, history, shopping and relaxation. We cater for small groups, individuals, school groups, senior travel options.

At Discovering Italy, we are specialists in small group tours that focus on the arts, culture and language. While we are based in Orvieto in Umbria, we also offer special focus itineraries to Rome, Florence and Venice. For ready-made groups, we can facilitate your travel arrangements from Australia by arranging and co-ordinating airfares and advising on all travel requirements, including personal or group travel insurances.

Programmes outlined in our brochures are our suggested basic packages, however we are more than happy to discuss alternatives or additions to our programmes, depending on your needs. We can also offer a discount for ready-made groups of six or more.
