Ideally situated in Eymet, Maison 20 is just a short stroll to the historic picturesque square which offers an interesting mix of shops and restaurants.

Apartment un

"Apartment un" is ideally suited for a couple or couple with a small child.

It occupies the whole of the top floor of the building and offers you a bird's eye view of the neighbouring houses. Wake to the sun streaming through the chateau-style slated shutters which provide dappled light.

The apartment consists of:

• Bedroom complete with reading area and stylish ensuite bathroom. All bed linen is 100% cotton and all toiletries are sourced locally.
• Living/Dining room offering fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4, flat screen TV, DVD player.
• Day bed perfect for one person or for lounging the day away
• WiFi internet access available throughout the apartment

Apartment deux

"Apartment deux" sleeps 4 adults + 2 children.

This apartment is located on the first floor of what was previously two buildings and has now been combined to form one apartment.

Apartment deux is perfect for a family or two couples as the bedrooms are very separate, divided by two solid exterior walls.

The apartment consists of:

• Bedroom 1: two single beds which can be joined two form a king size bed with ensuite  bathroom
• Bedroom 2: large 180 x200 bed complete with plus 1 single bed, with ensuite bathroom
• Living/Dining room offering fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, flat screen TV, sofa bed.

Location

The village of Eymet is easily accessible with Bergerac airport only a 20 minute drive and Bordeaux and Toulouse airports being a 1.5 and a 2 hour drive away, respectively.

The area is reknown for its fabulous wine, regional products, beautiful countryside, traditional weekly markets and offers a range of activities from canoeing, kayaking, walking, cycling, visiting neighbouring villages (some of which are classified as the most beautiful in France), numerous chateaux, the list is endless.
